Johnny Cupcakes came to Clark yesterday for his "Lecture Series" and I was so blown away by how down to Earth he is. He is super humble, very passionate about his business, and genuinely cares for his customers. It was refreshing to see somebody that made it, but didn't sell out or lose touch with where he started. He is also very generous and gave out so much free stuff at the end for answering trivia questions. Although the lecture lasted three and a half hours, it really didn't feel that long at all. I definitely recommend going to check out his lecture if you get a chance.

If you like reggae and dancehall music, then you will love this album.

Played a poker tourney on Friday night and threw down $40.

Came out ok in 3rd place and won $60. Not too bad, but I played a horrible last hand that knocked me out.

Oh well... Next time I'll play better.

Just wanted to share this ridiculous hand that I witnessed. Everybody was all in, but the rockets had everybody covered. I'm just happy I wasn't in this hand.

The community cards missed everybody, so the rockets ended up winning. What are the odds of this happening again?

Went on a short bike ride today with Chaz. We rolled around the crappy streets of Worcester.

At one point, this stupid driver tried to intimidate us by swooping close to bike lane. Oh well, you'll get people like that every now and then.

We averaged about a 15mph pace, and got up to about 23-24mph at some points.

At the end of our ride, we saw another friendly biker and waved.

Overall, It was good to start getting back into the swing of things.

Finally... It's here!

Well, actually it came in on Tuesday, but I've been busy studying for a midterm that I had yesterday. I think that the midterm went pretty well though, but that's besides the point.

I took it out for a little spin on Tuesday and it was fun, but I'll have more time to spend with it tonight after work.

Here were some quick pictures I took while I was building it up on Tuesday (I still need to cut the steerer tube so don't worry about it). I'll take better pictures later.

I missed the free premier a couple days ago, but from what I heard it was a pretty good event. It was packed as hell and many people couldn't even get in.

I'll have to see it tough when it comes out on DVD or something.

Finally Shipped

After waiting for almost a month and a half, my bike has shipped...

It should be getting here on Friday, but I won't be back in Worcester until Tuesday.

I guess we'll just have to wait until then to find out what the color looks like.

This next week will be kind of rough waiting for the bike to get here.

Ashley brought over another new kitten that she is going to give to her friend.

This little girl doesn't have a name yet, but she is pretty awesome.

My friend Ashley got a new kitten today. His name is Binks.

He's a cute little guy and is still pretty wobbly on his legs even though he is 6 weeks old.

I'm just up late browsing through some videos on youtube and I found this sweet video of people bike racing through SF. They pull some crazy moves through traffic.

I can't wait to go biking back home...
